Everything you need to know before booking a private or small-group tour in Vancouver, Whistler or Victoria — from hotel pickup and included attraction tickets with priority entry to our 24-hour free cancellation policy.

Booking, cancellation & payment

You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your tour’s start time and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, and no-shows, are non-refundable, because your guide, vehicle and attraction tickets are already reserved for you. To cancel, simply reply to your confirmation email, call us or message us on WhatsApp.

Yes. You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your tour, subject to availability. Just contact us with your booking details and your preferred new date.

Vancouver tours run rain or shine — light rain is part of the West Coast experience, and the rainforest is beautiful in any weather. If conditions become unsafe or an attraction, gondola or ferry closes, we will contact you to offer a new date or a full refund.

Pickup, timing & cruise passengers

Yes. Pickup and drop-off are included from downtown Vancouver hotels and Canada Place. If you are staying outside downtown or arriving at YVR airport, contact us before booking — we can often arrange it, especially for private tours.

Half-day tours depart at 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM from April to October, and at 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM from November to March. Full-day trips to Whistler, Victoria and the Sea to Sky depart in the morning. Your exact pickup time is included in your confirmation, and we recommend checking it the night before.

Yes, cruise passengers are a specialty of ours. We pick you up at Canada Place, your luggage stays onboard or with the ship, and every tour is timed around your ship schedule so you are always back before departure. See our pre- and post-cruise tours.

All tours are guided in English, and many can also be guided in Spanish or Portuguese. Let us know your preferred language when you book.

Our tours & what’s included

A private tour is reserved for your group only, with your own guide and vehicle and a flexible pace. A small-group tour is shared with other travelers, with a maximum of 14 guests, so it still feels relaxed and personal — never a crowded bus.

A maximum of 14 guests. Smaller groups mean more time with your guide, easier stops and a calmer experience than large coach tours.

Yes — all attraction admissions are included in your tour price, so there are no extra tickets to buy on the day. This includes Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, the Grouse Mountain Skyride, the Sea to Sky Gondola, and the BC Ferries crossing and Butchart Gardens entry on our Victoria tour.

Yes. Our guests enjoy priority entry, so you skip the ticket lines and spend your time enjoying the attractions instead of waiting in queues — especially valuable at busy places like Capilano Suspension Bridge Park in summer.

No. Your tour price includes hotel pickup and drop-off, your local guide and all attraction admissions. The only extras are tax, shown before you pay, and an optional tip for your guide.

Our Vancouver Sightseeing tour is the perfect introduction: in about 3 hours you will see Stanley Park, English Bay, Granville Island, Gastown and Chinatown. If you have more time, the 5-hour Capilano Suspension Bridge and Vancouver Sightseeing tour adds the rainforest of the North Shore.

Yes. Our 5-hour Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain tour includes hotel pickup, all admissions with priority entry, and the Skyride gondola up Grouse Mountain. It is available as a small-group or private tour.

Yes. Our full-day Whistler tour (about 10 hours) follows the spectacular Sea to Sky Highway, with scenic stops along the way and free time to explore Whistler Village.

Yes. Our full-day Victoria and Butchart Gardens tour (about 12 hours) includes the BC Ferries crossing and priority entry to Butchart Gardens in the tour price, plus time in downtown Victoria and the Inner Harbour.

Grouse Mountain is home to a grizzly bear refuge, and the bears can often be seen from spring to fall. They usually hibernate during the winter months, when the mountain offers snowy trails and winter views instead.

Yes, families are very welcome. Children aged 3 to 12 receive a reduced child rate. Please tell us your children’s ages when you book so we can plan the day around them.

Most tours involve some walking, and attractions such as Capilano Suspension Bridge Park include stairs, trails and suspension bridges. Contact us before booking and we will recommend the best option — private tours can be adapted to your pace.

Pets are not allowed on our tours, with the exception of certified service animals.

Planning your Vancouver trip

Late spring to early fall (May to September) brings the warmest, driest weather. Spring and early fall offer mild temperatures and fewer crowds, and winter is ideal for snow on the mountains and holiday lights at Capilano.

Dress in layers and wear comfortable walking shoes. A light rain jacket is a good idea year-round, and in winter bring warm layers and shoes with good grip for snow on Grouse Mountain.

Tips are appreciated but always optional. In Canada, 10% to 20% of the tour price is customary if you enjoyed your experience.
