These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and participation in tours operated by Vancity Tours. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms.


Bookings

All bookings must be made through our website or through authorized booking platforms.

Your reservation is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Guests will receive booking confirmation and tour details by email after completing the reservation.


Pickup Time and Tour Schedule

For tours that include pickup service, the exact pickup time and meeting details are always confirmed at least one day before the tour date.

Guests are responsible for being ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.

Our tours operate on fixed schedules to ensure the best experience for all travelers.


Late Arrival Policy

If a guest is not present at the scheduled pickup time, our team may attempt to contact the guest using the contact information provided during booking.

We may be able to wait for a short period of time, depending on traffic conditions and the tour schedule.

However, if we are unable to reach the guest or wait any longer, the tour will proceed at the scheduled time in order to maintain the itinerary for all participants.

Missed tours due to late arrival may not be eligible for a refund.


Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund policies may vary depending on the booking platform used.


Tour Changes and Modifications

Vancity Tours reserves the right to modify tour routes, schedules, or itineraries due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Safety considerations
  • Traffic conditions
  • Operational requirements
  • Unforeseen circumstances

If a tour must be canceled by Vancity Tours, guests will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • The option to reschedule the tour.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time at the pickup location
  • Following safety instructions provided by the tour guide
  • Respecting local regulations and attraction guidelines

Guests should dress appropriately for weather conditions and bring any necessary personal items.


Third-Party Attractions

Some tours may include visits to attractions or destinations operated by third parties.

These attractions operate under their own rules, policies, and opening hours.

Vancity Tours is not responsible for changes made by third-party locations.


Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide safe and enjoyable experiences, Vancity Tours is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury during tours
  • Loss or damage of personal belongings
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors

Participation in tours is at the guest’s own discretion.
