My hotel isn’t on the list — can you still pick me up?
Almost certainly yes. The list above covers the most common hotels, but most downtown Vancouver addresses are included. Contact us before booking and we’ll confirm within a few hours.
We’re in an Airbnb — does that work?
Yes. If you’re in a downtown Airbnb or vacation rental.
Can you pick us up at the cruise terminal?
Yes. We pick up directly at Canada Place and Ballantyne Pier. Your luggage travels in the vehicle throughout the tour — no lockers, no storage fees. Perfect for post-cruise sightseeing before your flight home.
Do you drop off at the airport (YVR) after the tour?
YVR drop-off is available on most tours, subject to scheduling and availability. Let us know your flight time when booking and we’ll confirm. We build the tour around your departure so you arrive at the airport with time to spare.
Can we bring our luggage on the tour?
Absolutely. Luggage is always welcome onboard at no extra charge. This is especially popular with cruise passengers who pick up at Canada Place and need their bags with them all day before a flight home.
