What is the fastest way to contact Vancity Tours?

Do you pick up from hotels and Canada Place?
Yes. All tours include pickup from downtown Vancouver hotels. Cruise passengers can be picked up at Canada Place for pre- and post-cruise tours.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your tour. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll help you change the date or cancel.
What languages do your guides speak?
English, Portuguese and Spanish. Message us before booking to confirm a guide in your language for your date.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 2–3 days ahead, and earlier from June to September. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — just message us on WhatsApp.
